Stepping Into Good Health (SIGH) is a project that works with Falls Community Health to ensure that men and women find an open door to healthcare services such as foot care (toenail trimming, buffing, massage, and a new pair of socks), health education and screening, and spiritual support (staffed by a faith community nurse, a certified foot care nurse).

​Services provided by specially trained registered nurses. Provides toenail clipping, grinding down thick nails, buffing corns/calluses, hygiene and brief foot massage. Foot screening; education on safe care of feet; footwear inspection and recommendations; referral to medical provider as necessary.
