Services are tailored to the clients needs. This includes accompany clients to their doctor appointments, explaining their insurance explanation of benefits, pharmacist review of medication, and having access to resources to coordinate hospital discharge (i.e. necessary medical equipment, new medications, transportation, and follow-up appointments and services).

The Belle Silver Lining Senior Citizens Center (BSLSCC) is a place for senior citizens to meet and engage in activities, educational programs, exercise and dance, clubs, community involvement, and much more. Provides and coordinates phone outreach and support for isolated or homebound residents at no charge. Medical equipment available such as walkers, hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc. free of charge to those in need. A nurse is on site every Monday (2:00pm - 4:00pm) to do toenails, blood pressures, as well as answer any medical or home health questions.

Goals are to serve the entire community and specifically the needs of veterans. Provides military honors at funeral for veterans. These are typically coordinated by the local funeral directors. Provides for tattered flag disposal. Flags can be deposited in a secure box on the northwest portion of the courthouse grounds. Loans certain hospital equipment for local residents with short term needs for items like wheel chairs, commodes, crutches, and walkers. Provides some color guard duties at events in the community. Sponsor Teener baseball teams. Partners with the American Legion Post 1 to present Memorial Day and Veterans Day services.
