Provides home medical equipment to assist in the transition from hospital to care at home.
Services provided include oxygen, ventilators, apnea monitors, CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure), nebulizers, oximeters, walkers, crutches, canes, wheelchairs, lift chairs, medical alert systems, power mobility services, and other assistive living devices, breast pumps, phototherapy, mastectomy garments, ostomy supplies, compression garments, pumps, wound supplies, and orthopedic bracing. Infusion services also available.
Professional staff include: RT's, LPN's, Pharmacists, ATP's, and other trained professionals are on staff to assure high quality services are provided.
