Daycare for young children provided. Gastric Bypass Support Group: Supports individuals who have had gastric bypass surgery and those interested in learning more about weight loss surgery including family and friends. Outpatient Diabetes Class: Includes instruction on: nutrition, exercise, medications, stress management, goal development, and dealing with the complications of the disease. Families are welcome.

Oyate Health Center provides primary medical care, outpatient clinic, and urgent care. Additional outpatient services that are provided on site include optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Drug Take Back Site, blue drop-box in pharmacy), laboratory, radiology, dental, physical therapy, podiatry, and social services. Oyate Health Center has 2 sweat lodges that are by sign in only. Call for details. Oyate Health Center provides direct health services to Native Americans and also provide contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in a federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Oyate Health Center. Prescription Assistance - Any Native American enrolled in a federally recognized tribe can receive prescription expense assistance at any I.H.S. facility.
