Provides home care and support to seniors. Provides personal care and home care services to veterans. Includes personalized care plans, medication management, mobility support, nutritional planning, home safety assessments, and specialized services designed to meet unique needs.​

Visiting Nurse Service provides skilled care in the home. Works closely with clients, family, and physicians to develop a care plan that meets the particular needs of each individual.

Clients can utilize personalized care to tailor their wants and needs and provide in-home assistance. Services include medication management, toenail care, home assistance, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADL). Also takes part in the South Dakota Department of Human Services Homemaker, Personal Care and Nursing Services.

The Home and Community-Based Options and Person-Centered Excellence (HOPE) waiver provides home and community-based services to people who need nursing facility level of care. The waiver allows people age 65 and older, and people age 18 and older who have a qualifying disability, to live at home or in the setting that is most independent for them. Services may include in-home services, respite and caregiver services, nutrition and meals, safety and help getting around, adult day services, community living home, and assisted living. Huron Regional Medical Center Home Health uses a combined team approach including physicians, registered nurses, nurse aides, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers.
