Sanford Hospice is a specially trained team that is committed to providing our patients with quality end-of-life care. Our interdisciplinary team understands and is sensitive to the needs of our patients and their loved ones. Providing inpatient-level care for individuals who can safely receive care in the home. This consists of visits with a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider and Physician visiting in person or virtually.

Provides personal care and home care services to veterans. Includes personalized care plans, medication management, mobility support, nutritional planning, home safety assessments, and specialized services designed to meet unique needs.​

Provides in-home health care to clients in their own home. Services include but are not limited to: disease and symptom management, home health aide for assistance with activities of daily living, home infusion education and administration, medication management, and occupational / physical/ speech / rehabilitation therapy.

Dow Rummel Village is a Life Plan Community including: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living, Enhanced Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care. ​On-site care including: Good Care Rehab, restorative therapy, massage therapy, foot care clinics, and home health care. All staff are trained in Parkinson's Disease and dementia communication.
