Home Health services includes the following:
Personal Care: Personal Hygiene and Grooming, Meal Prep, feeding, and clean-up, medication reminders, transportation to and from appointments, errands, and events, exercise and nutrition support, and safety and fall risk appraisals.
Companion Care: Doing day-to-day activities, laundry and light housekeeping, 24-hour care, and walks outside/inside.
