Program designed to improve quality of life activities for older adults. Trained volunteers will be matched with an older adult based on similar interests and schedule. Volunteer and older adult matches will spend four hours per month together going on outings, talking, pursuing hobbies, and other relationship-building activities.
Home Health Services include nursing, homemaker, personal, and hospice care. They also provide assistance to manage medications, hospital to home transition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and personal care. Additional services include newborn care at high risk or people of any age with significant issues.

Services provided are honey bee rescue, removing swarms, and club meetings.
Provides emotional support and resource connection for older adults through weekly phone calls. Program participants receive the following: weekly scheduled phone calls for 6 weeks transitioning to monthly (total length of the program is 6 months); information on additional community resources available to them; and assistance in developing additional support systems. For clients who are not currently enrolled in the program but are wanting to be, please complete the Outreach Support Intake Form on the linked website.

Provides a wide scope of social, physical fitness, recreational activities, and meeting space.
