James Valley Community Center | City of Mitchell
The James Valley Community Center (JVCC) is a multi-generational community focal point for services and programs in the Mitchell and surrounding areas.

The Performing Arts Theater is located within the Community Center and has a 442 seating capacity. The theater hosts special events, conventions, seminars, concerts, and plays. Meeting rooms and a kitchen are also available for rental.
The Community Center also provides recreational programs including youth basketball, youth football, youth swim lessons, and adult softball.
