- Corrective Thinking: For youth ages 13 - 18 to help members identify:
- Couples Workshops: For couples who wish to enhance their relationship, whether or not they are having difficulties. Workshops offer:
- Introduction to Mindfulness: What happens in your life depends on your mind
- Social Skills Group: For 10-15 year olds struggling with social skills or fitting in.
- Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. Participants are taught to assess for risk of suicide or harm; listen non-judgmentally; give reassurance and information; encourage appropriate professional help; and encourage self-help and other support strategies.
