Program offers an array of therapeutic services in Mitchell and Rapid City including 45 bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for girls ages 7 to 17 (housed in Mitchell), Evidenced Based Trauma Informed programming, special education schooling, individual therapy, group therapy, alcohol and drug treatment, and independent living skills. Also houses The Bridges Therapeutic Foster Care program for children from birth up to age 18 (Homes in Mitchell, Rapid City, and Sioux Falls) and the Independent Living Program for young adults between the ages of 18 - 23 (Apartments are located in Mitchell and Rapid City).

DCI/Downtown provides 24 hours a day / 7 days a week overnight residential services to stabilize people experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Services include crisis stabilization, evaluations and and linking individuals to the services that will allow success in the long-term. Up to four individuals at at time may stay up to three days. DCI/Downtown is designated as an Appropriate Regional Facility (ARF) by the South Dakota Division of Behavioral Health.
