Stop It Now! National Helpline offers a national toll-free confidential phone line, email service, and chat line for people who have questions or concerns about child sexual abuse. The helpline provides a place for concerned individuals to talk through a situation and explore the available options as well as gather information. The helpline is confidential and caller id is not utilized. The helpline receives inquiries from people sexually abusing children, people at risk to abuse, family/friends of abusers, family/friends of victims, family/friends of adults at-risk to abuse, adult survivors, as well as general information requests.

Crisis stabilization for adults, 18 years and older, who are experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis. Program features include immediate counseling services, Medical triage screening, at intake to determine the needed level of care, Collaborative recovery oriented stabilization plan, Telephone crisis support and follow up, Opportunities to speak with a qualified mental health professional (QMHP), and Referrals to community agencies including detox, inpatient services, and community based counseling. This is a Voluntary program, CCC is not a locked facility. The length of stay is up to 24 hours. Limited transportation available to the Crisis Care Center via local law enforcement. Goals of the Crisis Care Center: Provide the community with crisis options other than inpatient psychiatric care, incarceration, and involuntary admission to detox services to match the level of need with the level of care. Improve access to after crisis follow-up and mental health and substance abuse treatment. Improve service integration and coordination amount agencies and providers to help individuals better navigate complex systems. 24-hour emergency shelter for women and children that provides crisis services for rape victims, child abuse victims and their non-offending family members, family members of homicide victims, adults molested as children, and victims of elder abuse. Services include accompany victims to hospital and through systems, transportation, advocacy, including criminal justice and court, emergency clothing and other supplies, assistance with protection orders, weekly women's support groups, crisis counseling, referrals and information, and assistance in filing for victim compensation.

To educate, advocate for and empower survivors of domestic abuse and violence (as well as coercive control, human trafficking, sexual assault, dating abuse and violence, child abuse, adults molested as children, other victims of violence crimes, stalking and elder abuse) and their dependents. Engages communities in promoting no tolerance of domestic abuse and violence. Services include answers crisis calls 24/7 and follow ups with victims, Gives referrals and maintains a Shelter Safe House in Redfield (7 beds for up to 10 victims), Assists victims in finding attorneys, obtaining protection orders, attending court, and working with law enforcement. Also assists victims find jobs and housing to work towards independent living and works as medical advocates by accompanying victims to the hospital when obtaining medical assistance for injuries or sexual assault. Brings awareness to help prevent acts of violence by speaking to church groups and civic organizations as well as presentations in all 7 public schools in the tri-county area to teach awareness of bullying and safe dating to 8th graders and safety when starting college to high school seniors.

RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE. The hotline offers free and confidential counseling to sexual assault victims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by connecting callers to the nearest rape crisis center, anywhere in the nation. Support is also available via the online hotline in English and Spanish.

The Wholeness Center provides shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include immediate 24-hour shelter and crisis hotline, crisis intervention, Legal advocacy: assistance in obtaining domestic abuse and stalking protection orders, and courtroom advocacy, medical advocacy, referral services: assistance in accessing community resources, i.e., housing, employment, financial needs, public education and outreach, information packets, and limited financial assistance. All services are free and confidential. The Wholeness Center is a member program of the South Dakota Network Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault.

The day-to-day mission of the Air Force Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office is to educate, advocate and collaborate to respond to and stop sexual assault and its harmful effects on the Air Force. Extreme weather conditions, machinery breakdowns, a volatile ag environment, long hours that prevent time with family, and lowered income all cause frustration. This line is answered by mental health professionals who can help navigate symptoms or signs of anxiety or depression. Health Care Worker Stress Hotline - Available for any health care professional in South Dakota who might need someone to talk to about stress, anxiety, depression or other impacts caused by COVID-19 and other life events.

Callers to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline are routed to the nearest accredited crisis center in the caller's area. The Lifeline's Crisis and Text/Chat Service routes visitors to a network of crisis centers accredited in providing online emotional support. The Helpline Center's Suicide and Crisis Support is an accredited suicide prevention, intervention and after-care organization, delivering the hope and understanding you need.
