Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone.
Other programs include: Lakota Circles of Hope, Disaster Relief, and Uplifting Parents.

A private, non-profit, community-based human services agency service. Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide:
- Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc)
- Addiction and dependency services
- Evaluations and assessments
- Social learning programs
- Systems of Care
- Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office

Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).
