Cedar Village Assisted Living Facility is a therapeutic place designed to provide permanent supported housing for individuals who are homeless because of severe and persistent mental illness.

Also provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychological assessments. Services can be accessed both in person and via telehealth services.
