Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Sponsored by The University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine medical students under the supervision of internal medicine physicians, provide health care with the goal is to provide health care to uninsured patients over the age of 18 while providing a learning opportunity for medical students. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots.
Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients.
This clinic also offers prescription assistance.

An adult outpatient, time-limited, intensive, and coordinated clinical treatment program with the goal of stabilization with the intention of averting inpatient hospitalization or reducing the length of a hospital stay.
Partial Hospital Program (PHP): Serves as a positive alternative when individual counseling does not fully meet the needs of the individual and when inpatient care is not necessary. 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.

Clients are assisted in learning new and more effective coping skills while remaining in their homes and their jobs. Generally 7 - 11 hours of structured programming per week consisting of counseling and education groups.

Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Recreational therapists provide a healing and therapeutic environment. Chemical Dependency Specialists perform detailed evaluations and treatment planning for patients struggling with addiction. Intensive case management is available to coordinate external services for the hospitalized patient.
