Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. CHOICES Residential Services program serves adolescents and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/emotional or psychiatric disorders. Components of the program include residential services, independent living training, educational services, and therapeutic and psychiatric services (individual and group therapy).

Provides a full range of treatment and rehabilitation services for adults with severe mental illness. The goal is to prevent hospitalization and to provide support and education; which, in turn, promote optimal levels of independence in living and working in the community. Services include psychiatric and medication management services, CARE (continuous assistance with recovery and empowerment), case management, supportive counseling, assisted living, vocational services, homeless outreach program, and IMPACT (individualized mobile program for assertive community treatment) services. Client groups include DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy).

Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.
