Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Mental Health Services | Northeastern Mental Health Center

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

Inpatient treatment with units dedicated for children, adolescents, adults and seniors with acute psychiatry needs. A treatment team, headed by a psychiatrist, works to evaluate current symptoms and develop a positive treatment plan to address concerns. Treatment services include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, addictive disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. Group therapies focus on developing coping skills through expressive therapies and behavioral therapy.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, and dental care. ​ Sponsored by The University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine medical students under the supervision of internal medicine physicians, provide health care with the goal is to provide health care to uninsured patients over the age of 18 while providing a learning opportunity for medical students. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots. Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients. This clinic also offers prescription assistance.

Behavioral Health Center | Monument Health

A psychiatric hospital offering a wide range of services for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and child patients. This center approaches patient care with a special emphasis on trauma-informed care as well as biological, psychological, and social concerns. - Inpatient Treatment: Available for patients ages 5 and older. All patients will be psychiatrically assessed and treated by a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Additionally, experienced nurses and patient care technicians provide individual specialized attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Inpatient Services: Specialized services include group and individual therapy, diagnostic testing, psychological evaluations, and family therapy. Recreational therapists provide a healing and therapeutic environment. Chemical Dependency Specialists perform detailed evaluations and treatment planning for patients struggling with addiction. Intensive case management is available to coordinate external services for the hospitalized patient. The hospital's clergy is available upon patient request or a patient's own spiritual leader is welcome to provide comfort. Hospitalization Process: If hospitalization is required, patients are provided a full physical examination and medical evaluation at the Rapid City Monument Hospital Emergency Department prior to hospitalization. Please proceed to the Emergency Department first or if emergent treatment is needed, call local law enforcement or 911. Outpatient Clinic: Offers individual and family counseling services for patients of all ages as well as psychiatric diagnostic interviewing and medication management for patients of all ages.

Adult Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient | Avera Behavioral Health

Clients receive help with depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, adjustment issues, grief and loss, as well as other mental health issues. An adult outpatient, time-limited, intensive, and coordinated clinical treatment program with the goal of stabilization with the intention of averting inpatient hospitalization or reducing the length of a hospital stay. ​Partial Hospital Program (PHP): Serves as a positive alternative when individual counseling does not fully meet the needs of the individual and when inpatient care is not necessary. 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The goal of program is to provide support while promoting independence, growth, individuality and self-reliance. Clients are assisted in learning new and more effective coping skills while remaining in their homes and their jobs. Generally 7 - 11 hours of structured programming per week consisting of counseling and education groups.
