Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. Community outpatient mental health facility. Provides mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Services include but are not limited to psychiatric care and evaluations, children's services, group and individual counseling, play therapy, aggression management, and more.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, diabetes care, and dental care. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Provides medication management and psychotherapy for ages 5 and up. Providers consist of a psychiatrist and 2 nurse practitioners. In-person appointments, as well as telehealth services available. Spravato treatments offered at the clinic site. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) also available. Also provides an individualized treatment plan and offers referrals to therapists, counselors, dietitians, health coaches, and wellness professionals. This clinic offers esketamine (Spravato) for treatment-resistant depression.
