Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Cedar Village Assisted Living Facility is a therapeutic place designed to provide permanent supported housing for individuals who are homeless because of severe and persistent mental illness.

Focuses on supporting people through grief/loss, life transitions, mental health challenges, and family conflict. The therapy process offers the ability to process situations that may be difficult while also giving clients the ability to learn new skills that improve their daily lives and relationships. Other areas of training or expertise include ADHD, Austim Spectrum Disorder, miscarriage and infertility, and women's issues.

Services provided are individual counseling, divorce counseling, faith based counseling, youth counseling, parent counseling, family counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, terminal illness counseling, child abuse counseling, crime victim/witness counseling, geriatric psychiatry, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Informed Therapy. Areas of training or expertise include rural mental health - meeting farmers, ranchers, and their families where they are at, often times at their farm. Hours can be accommodated to fit the harvest/planting schedule; anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, life transitions, farm succession, parenting strategies, communication styles, and trauma. Counseling sessions are also available via telehealth.

​ Sponsored by The University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine medical students under the supervision of internal medicine physicians, provide health care with the goal is to provide health care to uninsured patients over the age of 18 while providing a learning opportunity for medical students. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots. Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients. This clinic also offers prescription assistance.

A psychiatric hospital offering a wide range of services for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and child patients. This center approaches patient care with a special emphasis on trauma-informed care as well as biological, psychological, and social concerns.

• Inpatient Treatment: Available for patients ages 5 and older. All patients will be psychiatrically assessed and treated by a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Additionally, experienced nurses and patient care technicians provide individual specialized attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Inpatient Services: Specialized services include group and individual therapy, diagnostic testing, psychological evaluations, and family therapy. Recreational therapists provide a healing and therapeutic environment. Chemical Dependency Specialists perform detailed evaluations and treatment planning for patients struggling with addiction. Intensive case management is available to coordinate external services for the hospitalized patient. Hospitalization Process: If hospitalization is required, patients are provided a full physical examination and medical evaluation at the Rapid City Monument Hospital Emergency Department prior to hospitalization. Please proceed to the Emergency Department first or if emergent treatment is needed, call local law enforcement or 911. Outpatient Clinic: Offers individual and family counseling services for patients of all ages as well as psychiatric diagnostic interviewing and medication management for patients of all ages.

Patients develop coping and communication skills they need to live a happier and healthier life. Services offered include a confidential, comprehensive assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, medication education and management, and after-care planning. Also set aside time individual psychotherapy and check each participant's vitals. Telehealth is available for patients to participant via the internet.
