School-based alcohol and drug prevention and intervention counseling services for students and families. Adolescent and Adult Outpatient Treatment Program - Consists of group therapy, alcohol and other drug information, skill development and relapse prevention. IMT (Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment) - consists of group therapy, individual therapy, case management, residential support and aftercare services. Intensity of services changes with the length of time spent in the program. Weekly participation ranges from 2-19 hours of service a week, depending on client needs.

Services offered include addiction counseling, chemical dependency assessments, grief counseling, and peer support. Certain therapy modalities are also available such as Motivational Interviewing, Moral Reconation Therapy, Talk Therapy, and more. Services are unavailable for people in formal treatment services elsewhere unless approved by your provider, which will require confirmation.

The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth.
