The Counseling Center offers the following services (all services based on eligibility and priority needs): Substance abuse services include screening, intake, evaluation, referrals, aftercare, primary prevention programs, education, MRT/SBISA classes, and group counseling. ​Mental health services include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, Education, Referrals, and Psychological evaluations and services.

School-based alcohol and drug prevention and intervention counseling services for students and families. Services include: individual and group sessions, family counseling, drug and alcohol screening, tobacco screening, drug and alcohol assessments, referrals, aftercare (post treatment), and prescription drug lock boxes. Offering tele-mental health services. Must have access to computer with camera and microphone.

A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. This can address a multitude of circumstances including COVID-related trauma, physical/ /sexual/emotional abuse, witness of violence, household incarceration, family substance abuse, mental illness, parent separation or divorce, medical, grief or refugee trauma, and bullying, neglect, disasters and more. ​Also offers MRT (Moral Recognition Therapy), CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Substance Abuse), and Telehealth services.

Services include assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based counseling approaches tailored to meet client's unique needs. The practice works with adolescents and adults to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress management, and substance use, with the goal of supporting overall well-being and personal growth.

Horizon Health - Huron is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, immigration physicals, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Horizon Health - Huron also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT). Spanish and Karen translators available on-site.

Services include TMS Therapy, Spravato, Botox Injections, Individual Psychotherapy Counseling, Correctional Rehabilitation, Mental Health Screening, Psychological Assessments, Pediatric Psychiatry, Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Medication Management, Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Addiction, Independent Psychiatric Evaluations, and Forensic Psychiatry.

Behavioral health services including addictive disorder services (ADS), compensated work therapy, Residential Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) program, Mental health intensive case management, inpatient psychiatric services, and outpatient psychiatric services. These include crisis intervention, individual, family, and couples therapy, outpatient groups for both mental health and substance use issues, community prevention, discharge and aftercare planning, Referrals for involuntary and emergency services, psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, Medication Management, inpatient treatment referrals for substance use and mental health counseling (including co-occurring issues), Integrated Care Case Management, anger management group, art therapy group for youth and adults, and recovery coaching - please call for more information. Also includes a Transitional Living Center for pre-treatment (before treatment) and aftercare services provided 24/7. Co-ed facility.

An intensive, outpatient, 12-step recovery-based center for alcohol and drugs. Services are provided by certified chemical dependency counselors including assessments (walk-in assessments available), day and evening treatment programs, adolescent programs, 12 hour DUI class, Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment (IMT) offered with state approval only, and a Recovery Maintenance Group. This office is located close to the SAM (Sioux Area Metro) Orange bus route.

CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Intensive inpatient treatment is offered along with prenatal care, parenting information, case management, and continued care in a residential facility for those who have completed treatment. Also, offers MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment).
