The South Dakota Treatment Hotline provides information on substance use treatment options available throughout the state. It includes listings of facilities offering detoxification, inpatient, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment services, along with resources for co-occuring mental health conditions. The program is intended to help individuals and families identify and compare treatment providers based on location, services offered, and level of care.

Providing mental health and addiction recovery services (including dual diagnosis) to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Services include: mental health/addiction evaluations, screenings and treatment services for addiction, adjustment disorders, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), Asperger's Syndrome, behavior problems, conduct concerns, depression, grief, mood disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), parent-child conflicts, post-traumatic stress, school refusal, separation and divorce, family issues, social skills training and stress management. The Mental Health Service Line provides connection to outpatient mental health services, psychiatry services, local recovery coordination, care coordination, and peer support services. Also offers care for military sexual trauma, PTSD, suicide prevention and awareness outreach, and gun safety locks. Telehealth service options are available.

Provides alcohol and substance treatment to the Rapid City (Mni Luzahan) Native American Community and other affiliated tribes in the region. The Native Healing Program utilizes the traditional Native American life ways as a method of healing the spirit. A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client.
