Care provided by: 24 hour nursing staff, a full-time psychologist, 24 hour on-call doctor, Certified chemical dependency counselors, and ASAM certified Addictionologists. Based on 12-step recovery model with medically monitored detoxification, Dual-diagnosis track with psychiatrist - For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary; Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors, Substance abuse, inhalant abuse and Methamphetamine treatment track (IMT), Chronic Pain Program, Medication Assisted Treatment - Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance. Unique services available are Native American cultural program (sweat lodge on site, talking circles, etc.), and a Spiritually based 12-step program. Veterans and retired military. Outpatient services are available to anyone who may currently be experiencing problems which are of an emotional, behavioral, substance abuse, or interpersonal nature. An intensive, outpatient, 12-step recovery-based center for alcohol and drugs. Services are provided by certified chemical dependency counselors including assessments (walk-in assessments available), day and evening treatment programs, adolescent programs, 12 hour DUI class, Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment (IMT) offered with state approval only, and a Recovery Maintenance Group. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.
