Counseling Services | Community Counseling Services

Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Medication-Assisted Treatment | Project Recovery

Provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone, Naloxone, Vivitrol) addressing opioid, alcohol, heroin, and methamphetamine addictions. Physically located in Rapid City, SD, but providing services anywhere in South Dakota via Telemedicine. ​​Medication assisted treatment is the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and other therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment for substance use disorders (SUD). An intensive, outpatient, 12-step recovery-based center for alcohol and drugs. HIV Positive Services | City of Sioux Falls Health Department

The Ryan White Part C program helps HIV positive people who live in Eastern SD to access primary health care. All patients who apply for the Part C Program will have access to case management services. The case managers help people with HIV/AIDS find services they need such as medical care, health insurance assistance, assistance with paying for medications, financial help, food/nutrition assistance, housing, referral to substance use treatment programs and/or mental health services, transportation, and other types of services. The Part C Program is a payer of last resort. Patients that are eligible for compensation through other programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance, must first access assistance through those programs. Funds are available to assist with primary care, lab testing, emergency prescriptions, outpatient mental health therapy, outpatient substance abuse treatment, dental care, transportation, outpatient nutritional services, and medical and non-medical case management. Other services include nurse case management, social work case management services, and HIV testing.

The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Dakotah Pride Treatment Center - Outpatient Services | Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Tribe

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Provides screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Adolescent Program: Provides outpatient treatment and continuing care services to adolescents that meet the eligibility criteria. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.

A private, non-profit, community-based human services agency service. Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide: Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc) Addiction and dependency services Evaluations and assessments Social learning programs Systems of Care Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office Offering services via telehealth. Outpatient Services | Main Gate Counseling

Provides outpatient alcohol and drug treatment, education, information and referral, criminal thinking classes, adolescent outpatient and diversion programs, and DUI classes. Offers walk-in chemical dependency assessments during normal business hours and telehealth services.

Compass Care | Coteau des Prairies Health Care System

Provides non-judgmental whole patient care for individuals affected by or suffering from substance use disorder. Provides in-house services and works closely with state and community stakeholders for warm-handoffs and referrals such as counseling, primary care needs, psychiatry, food, housing, employment and financial assistance. Services can assist with various types of substance use disorders including methamphetamine, opioids, alcohol and tobacco. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) also available. Individuals in this program will receive a dedicated care coordinator to develop customized plans to meet individual needs and be an ongoing resource and support person for the individual as they navigate recovery.

Rosebud IHS provides the following mental health services: Individual, couples, marriage, family, and group counseling Psychological testing/mental health evaluation/bio-psycho-socials Medication management (Avel Telepsychiatry) Crisis intervention and Referral Mental health screening Grief and bereavement counseling Terminal illness counseling Utilize Best practice therapies, i.e., Cognitive Behavioral therapy counseling support for co-occurring disorders Teletherapy with Avel Telepsychiatry Also provides consultation to Rosebud Sioux Tribe Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Inpatient and Outpatient Programs, the RST Methamphetamine Inpatient Treatment Program, Wanbli Wiconi Tipi Juvenile Detention Center, RST Adult Correctional Center, RST Courts System, Tiwahe Glu Kinipi Suicide Prevention Program, Wicozani Wakan Suicide Prevention Program, Tiwahe Glu Kinipi Systems of Care Youth and Family Mental Health Program, and local School Districts as requested. Suicide Prevention Specialist programming to assist with prevention activities.

Substance Use Disorder Services | Turning Point Behavioral Health

Offers services to address addiction and substance abuse including high and low intensive residential programs, day treatment, and outpatient services. Helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. Provides long-term aftercare and personalized recovery transition plans. Outpatient services may also be provided via telehealth.
