An inpatient alcohol, drug, and gambling treatment programs for adults. Care provided by: 24 hour nursing staff, a full-time psychologist, 24 hour on-call doctor, Certified chemical dependency counselors, and ASAM certified Addictionologists. Based on 12-step recovery model with medically monitored detoxification, Dual-diagnosis track with psychiatrist - For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary; Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors, Substance abuse, inhalant abuse and Methamphetamine treatment track (IMT), Chronic Pain Program, Medication Assisted Treatment - Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance. Unique services available are Native American cultural program (sweat lodge on site, talking circles, etc.), and a Spiritually based 12-step program. Veterans and retired military. Need to be referred through VA; able to take VA funding. Active duty military and dependents may utilize TRICARE West Insurance.

Outpatient services are available to anyone who may currently be experiencing problems which are of an emotional, behavioral, substance abuse, or interpersonal nature. Therapy services include individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, home-based therapy, medication management, substance use individual and group treatment programs, crisis intervention, and telehealth. Diagnostic services include psychiatric evaluation, mental status examination, education assessment, emergency mental health evaluation, and treatment needs assessment for substance abuse problems. Offers walk in assessments for substance use disorder during regular business hours.

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

Behavioral health services include outpatient individual, couples, and family counseling, psychological assessment and evaluations (non-court ordered), and case management.

Substance use programming providing chemical abuse assessments, groups, and individual services. Classes/workshops and prevention programming available for middle schools and communities. Walk-in assessments and telehealth services available.

Offers screening, assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Programs include moral reconation therapy class, continued care, and adolescent diversion classes. Also offers CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse) and MRT treatment. Offering telehealth services. Walk-in assessments available during normal business hours.

Focuses on mental health and providing care to help patients through difficulties they are experiencing. Offers a safe space to share, process, and learn how to effectively cope with life stressors while having therapeutic support. Services available include individual counseling, marriage counseling, substance abuse counseling, outpatient substance abuse treatment, grief/bereavement counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), terminal illness counseling, LGBTQ counseling, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, family counseling, couples counseling, trauma informed therapy, gambling counseling/treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adolescent/youth counseling, gender identity counseling, parent counseling, telemental health, ADHD evaluations, mood disorders, personality disorders, adoption/attachment, and self-esteem.

Co-occurring services throughout all programming are available to address not only substance use but also mental health symptoms: Treatment Needs Assessment for Substance Abuse - Offers alcohol and drug assessments to determine level of care needed. Jail Treatment Program - Alcohol and other drug abuse treatment services with an emphasis on criminal / addictive thinking and interactive journaling. The interactive journaling process encourages people to personalize the information they acquire and to take responsibility for their own recovery. Treatment is provided in the Minnehaha County Jail. Adolescent and Adult Outpatient Treatment Program - Consists of group therapy, alcohol and other drug information, skill development and relapse prevention. IMT (Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment) - consists of group therapy, individual therapy, case management, residential support and aftercare services. Intensity of services changes with the length of time spent in the program. Weekly participation ranges from 2-19 hours of service a week, depending on client needs.

The Adolescent Addiction Recovery Unit provide inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery care for youth ages 12 to 17. Services include 24-Hour supervision, residential treatment, intensive counseling, and educational support.

Therapists, counselors, and case managers provide: Individual and family counseling (e.g., marriage counseling, parenting skills, trauma informed services, EMDR, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, coping skill development, etc) Addiction and dependency services Evaluations and assessments Social learning programs Systems of Care Prevention services, providing presentations to student and adult groups on a large number of topics and consists of a library that contains over 1,000 items available for check out at the main Lemmon office Offering services via telehealth. Offers Medication for Addiction Treatment services for individuals with a history of Opioid, Stimulant, and Alcohol use. Our trained providers use person-centered, evidence-based and compassionate care. Medication for Addiction Treatment is the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and other therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment for substance use disorders (SUD). Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Provides screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Adolescent Program: Provides outpatient treatment and continuing care services to adolescents that meet the eligibility criteria. Prenatal Empowerment Program (PEP): Works primarily with pregnant women who are struggling with substance addiction. A case manager will do addiction assessments, assist with medical applications and applications for Substance Abuse Treatment Centers, coordinate transportation for clients to off-reservation treatment centers, and conduct outpatient group sessions utilizing the Matrix Model to promote healing. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.

Offers services to address addiction and substance abuse including high and low intensive residential programs, day treatment, and outpatient services. Helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. Provides long-term aftercare and personalized recovery transition plans. Outpatient services may also be provided via telehealth.

Culturally sensitive adult and youth outpatient treatment programs and residential alcohol treatment facility. After care programs, youth alcohol and drug assessments, and youth treatment placement.

Provides state-accredited addiction treatment services including treatment needs assessments as well as outpatient individual and group treatment options. Telemental health provided.
