CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Offers a wide range of confidential services to currently enrolled USD students. These services include, but are not limited to individual and group counseling, couples counseling, crisis intervention, education and prevention services, case management, substance use assessments, and more. Provides non-judgmental whole patient care for individuals affected by or suffering from substance use disorder. Provides in-house services and works closely with state and community stakeholders for warm-handoffs and referrals such as counseling, primary care needs, psychiatry, food, housing, employment and financial assistance. Services can assist with various types of substance use disorders including methamphetamine, opioids, alcohol and tobacco. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) also available. Individuals in this program will receive a dedicated care coordinator to develop customized plans to meet individual needs and be an ongoing resource and support person for the individual as they navigate recovery.
