The South Eastern Development Foundation's Revolving Loan Fund has two components: the Housing Revolving Loan Fund and the Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund. SEDF also partners with USDA Rural Development's on its 502 Home Loan Program. The purpose of this loan program is to provide financing at reasonable rates and terms with no down payment required, to low and very low income families that are unable to obtain conventional financing. This program is not available within the city limits of Sioux Falls. The Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund provides loans to individuals and businesses to start-up or expand a business.
