Services include: supporting elected and appointed officials, facilitating City Council and other public meetings, maintaining the City's municipal code, listing adopted resolutions and ordinances, posting public and legal notifications, processing public records requests, overseeing municipal elections, and providing voter registration forms and information. The City Administrator assists in the preparation of the annual City budget, recommends policy directions to the City Council, oversees long range planning, directing the activities of city departments and carries out all other duties as prescribed. Oversees receipt of payment for all utility services and setting up service accounts. Also, oversees the process of billings for water, wastewater, recycling and garbage. The Finance Office also handles the issuance of business licenses and renewals.
