The Bookmobile is dedicated to bring the library to those unable to come to one of the library branches. Bookmobile service is provided to children at schools and daycares in Minnehaha County. The staff also coordinates the Daycare Delivery Service in Sioux Falls. The Bookmobile is parked at the Crooks branch of the library and the staff there organize the program. Edgemont Public Library has a variety of books, CDs, DVDs, and cake pans to lend out to community members. Library Happenings list community activities designed for children and adults to attend.

Outreach Services delivers library materials directly to people at senior housing, assisted living centers, and care facilities. In addition to the various stops, outreach services also deposits collections of books, large print books, and books on CD at a number of care facilities in Sioux Falls. Homebound Delivery Service is a personalized delivery for library materials directly to people's homes. Day Care Delivery Service is a loan and delivery service of library materials for preschool and younger aged children. A volunteer from the library will deliver new materials to the daycare home and pick up the materials to be returned to the library.

Particular emphasis is placed on delivering quality reference services and providing popular materials of high interest to the residents of the Freeman community. The library also serves to stimulate young children's interest and appreciation for reading and writing. This location also offers Driver's License and ID card renewal for currently license holders. Written or driving tests not offered.

A public library in Armour, SD that hosts a collection of over 13,000 books along with video and audio books. Also offers residents access to digitized editions of local news resources, some of which have editions documented going back to 1884. Currently, the library images just the Armour Chronicle annually. The library offers an online portal that can be used to download and read e-books. Public internet services are offered at the library.

Located on the East side of the Harrisburg Liberty Elementary School building. All residents of the City of Harrisburg can get a library card by showing proof of residency. Digital library cards are also available for anyone interested in checking out e-books from the digital library.
