The Marcus P. Beebe Public Library offers a wide variety of library services for Ipswich residents. These include books, ebooks, magazines, newspapers, reference materials, photocopier, scanner, computers, Wi-Fi, large print books, home delivery and pickup, and the summer reading program. Additional services include monthly life skills visits, storytime, community room rental, Spanish language conversation club, and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a free program that sends age appropriate books every month to all kids from birth to their 5th birthday.

Outreach Services delivers library materials directly to people at senior housing, assisted living centers, and care facilities. In addition to the various stops, outreach services also deposits collections of books, large print books, and books on CD at a number of care facilities in Sioux Falls. Homebound Delivery Service is a personalized delivery for library materials directly to people's homes. Day Care Delivery Service is a loan and delivery service of library materials for preschool and younger aged children. A volunteer from the library will deliver new materials to the daycare home and pick up the materials to be returned to the library.

Get help with mobile devices - iPads, Kindles, smart phones, etc. Use the library's makerspace to laser engrave, print custom stickers, poster, banners, 3D printing, and more. Enhance job skills or get homework help using the library's online learning resources. Participate in library events for all ages. Get library services at the library's bookmobile throughout the community. The Home Delivery Program helps those in the community gain access to library materials. Provides personalized selections delivered to the patron in their residence. There is no cost for this service. Delivery is limited to residents who live within Rapid City Area School District inside Pennington County. ​Other services include test proctoring, no-cost notary services, faxing, reference assistance, local history resources, and dial-a-story. The Bookmobile is dedicated to bring the library to those unable to come to one of the library branches. Bookmobile service is provided to children at schools and daycares in Minnehaha County. The staff also coordinates the Daycare Delivery Service in Sioux Falls. The Bookmobile is parked at the Crooks branch of the library and the staff there organize the program.
