Coping with Cancer: Parents Pushing Forward, Kids Kicking Cancer (patient group), and Bonding Buddies (siblings group), meets quarterly to provide an avenue to support the entire family. Explore common feelings and reactions from diagnosis to treatment. The group looks to provide an environment that promotes listening, sharing, and venting about being diagnosed with cancer. Daycare for young children provided. Gastric Bypass Support Group: Supports individuals who have had gastric bypass surgery and those interested in learning more about weight loss surgery including family and friends. Outpatient Diabetes Class: Includes instruction on: nutrition, exercise, medications, stress management, goal development, and dealing with the complications of the disease. Families are welcome.

Bone Marrow Transplant Support Group - For individuals that have gone through or may be undergoing a transplant. Cancer Caregiver Support Program - Open to all caregivers who care for loved one with any type of cancer diagnosis. Cooperative Parenting and Divorce - Parents can learn the skills necessary to minimize difficulties for their children as their roles change from spouses to co-parents. The group is for divorcing parents who have children. Cost is $130.00 for 8 week course or (2) 4 week courses; includes the cost of workbook. Diabetes Support Group - Covers topics and support related to diabetes. Open to the patient and their family/significant other Infant Loss Support Group - 6 week series support group for families who are grieving the death of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. Childbirth (in person or online class), caring for a newborn, breastfeeding, multiple blessings classes Weight Loss Support Group - For people who have had any weight loss procedure or are considering one (both online and in person)

This is a virtual training. Surviving and Thriving Workshop: workshop designed for cancer survivors and caregivers to improve self-management skills. Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop: workshop designed to improve the self-management skills of people living with ongoing health issues. Chronic Pain Self-Management Workshop: workshop designed to help participants live a healthy life with chronic pain by managing their symptoms. This is a virtual training. Diabetes Self-Management Workshop: workshop designed for people with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, a family history of diabetes, and caregivers. Walk with Ease Workshop: a 6-week community-based walking program designed to engage participants to maintain a successful waking program. Workshops include health education, stretching, and group or self-guided walking. Enhance Fitness: group exercise program that helps older adults improve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention: exercise program designed to improve balance, reduce pain, and lower the risk of falls. Aging Mastery Program (AMP): 10-week program that helps older adults build their own playbook for aging well.
