Spondylitis Association of America (SAA) provides education, support, advocacy, and awareness programs for people living with spondyloarthritis (SpA), including ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis, reactive arthritis, enteropathic arthritis such as arthritis with Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis, and juvenile spondyloarthritis. SAA connects people living with spondyloarthritis and related diseases to educational resources, peer support, disease information, virtual events, podcasts, support groups, and tools to help patients better understand symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options, and daily disease management.

Theatre 605 - formerly known as the Black Hills Playhouse - is an 80-year-old regional theatre company. The summer stock schedule is listed on the website. There are no guarantees as to the results of treatment. Services provided are a minimum of 12 hours of individual, group or family counseling per week. Residents are encouraged to take part in the outdoor operation of the facilities and participate in any of the recreational therapy programs. Intravenous (SP) (IV) Drug Users: Client referrals who are identified as having a history of using drugs intravenously (IV) will be prioritized for admission into this program.

A 24-hour crisis hotline and emergency shelter providing: assistance and or 'emergency temporary' shelter to victims of dating & domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault and stalking. Services offered include crisis intervention, 24 hour crisis hotline, assistance in obtaining and filing Protection and Stalking orders, assistance with rape response calls, referral services to other helping agencies in the community, Weekly Support Group, and Outreach and Education Prevention. Limited financial assistance available. All services are free and confidential.
