IRS Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs) offer personal, face-to-face help for tax issues that cannot be handled online or by phone. All TACs operate by appointment only. When calling to schedule an appointment, customer service representatives are available 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday. Before scheduling an appointment, please visit the website for a list of services offered at your chosen location. For in-person meetings, plan to bring along a current government issued photo ID, a Taxpayer Identification Number, such as a Social Security number, and all necessary tax documents. Offices do not accept cash as payment for tax bills. The County Extension Office is the base of the 4-H Youth Program Advisor. Assists participants in understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that occurred during and after an incident. Services are a confidential opportunity to speak freely about the incident, it is not group therapy or a critique of the event. CISM can promote a more rapid recovery from the incident and facilitates normal integration back into home and work routines.
