Strategies to Embrace Living with Lupus Fearlessly (SELF) is a self-care program for people with lupus to manage their symptoms, stress, medications, and work with their health care team.

A skilled nursing community providing individualized care for patients and residents to return to higher levels of functioning. Provides 24-hour nursing facility care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care, hospice services, and respite services.

Offers grants up to $250.00 which enables clients to accept work that requires tools, uniforms, licensees, etc.

The Sioux Falls Public Schools Education Foundation administers the Student Success Fund. School-based social workers receive funds to purchase basic needs for students in crisis. Through this fund, the Education Foundation provides emergency food assistance, personal hygiene products, winter gear, school supplies, and other products to students in need. Serves students at all 38 sites in the Sioux Falls School District through this program.
