​Only diapers sizes 1-5 are available. Each person receives one bag per visit.​ The program is limited, as it is donation based and services are not guaranteed. Individuals can visit once a week.

Provides one on one tutoring for reading and spelling. Lindamood Bell Programs and others are employed by highly trained tutors to strengthen reading skills, remediate dyslexia, Specific Learning Disability, and other academic challenges. These services are appropriate for ages 6 - 18. Scholarship funding may be available to assist in covering the cost associated with services.

Pharmacy services include immunizations, prescription refills, health screenings, and a medication disposal drop box. - Medication disposal drop-boxes for expired, unused or unwanted controlled, non-controlled, and over the counter medications, including pet medications. Items that are NOT accepted include: trash, regulated medical waste, sharps, syringes, thermometers, hazardous waste, aerosols, illicit drugs, or commercial waste.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

The Hill City Public Library is open to the public and free to all patrons and includes an extensive collection of Hill City memorabilia, stories, and books relating to the history of the region. CES is an assessment and referral system to housing resources for those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. It is not a direct application for assistance; rather trained assessors gather information from households to assess needs and barriers to housing. Referrals are sent to providers in communities where vacancies are available. Households can access CES through a physical access point or calling toll free 1-800-664-1349 if a physical access point is not available in their local community.

Providing in-home care to those who need assistance with activities of daily living. Services include medical assistance such as in-home memory care, diabetes care, arthritis care, respite care, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, hospice support, chronic illness care, 24-hour care, and nurse directed care (i.e. medication administration, wound care). They can also assist with personal care (i.e. bathing, dressing), companionship, assistance with daily activities (i.e. meal preparation, light housekeeping), and transportation. These services are designed to enhance the quality of life and promote independence for clients in their own homes or community settings.
