HAPI's purpose is to facilitate very low to moderate income households in securing and/or refurbishing good quality, affordable housing. Provides no-cost Home Buyer Education classes, closing cost assistance, home repair/rehabilitation grants, and builds a variety of houses in the moderate income price range.

Provides home rehabilitation forgivable loans (grants) of up to $15,000 to income qualified homeowners to make repairs to their homes.
