Independent Living Skills: Provides hands-on training in daily-living skills including cooking, budgeting, organizing, and more.
Information and referral: Connects people with resources which can provide needed information to assist individuals to live independently.
Peer counseling: Provides opportunities for people with disabilities to engage with others in small or large groups or on an individual basis.

A 24-hour crisis hotline and emergency shelter providing: assistance and or 'emergency temporary' shelter to victims of dating & domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault and stalking.
Services offered include crisis intervention, 24 hour crisis hotline, assistance in obtaining and filing Protection and Stalking orders, assistance with rape response calls, referral services to other helping agencies in the community, Weekly Support Group, and Outreach and Education Prevention.

Plan and execute the annual Homeless Connect for Rapid City, SD
- Identify service gaps within Pennington County (i.e. affordable housing, transportation, affordable healthcare, assistance with application fees, and deposit funds for homeless individuals)
Create and implement an action plan and put actions steps in place with community partners
Continue to develop Community Liaison Position with the role and job description to identify and secure funds for this position serving the BHRHC
Continue to collaborate with Western South Dakota groups with similar missions and purposes and/or who are utilizing HUD funding to improve services and move toward a regional action plan and vision while improving partnerships.

B.A.C.A. exists with the intent to create a safer environment for children that have been sexually, physically, or emotionally abused, by lending support and protection. B.A.C.A involves the children with our united family of bikers with the end goal being to empower that child to regain the confidence necessary to face the world without fear and without the further need of B.A.C.A. In addition to becoming a presence in the life of the abused child, B.A.C.A. also provides for children by escorting them to court hearings and parole hearings of their perpetrator, as well as many other ways to ensure that child is free from fear.

Assists individuals with civil legal problems relating to a disaster.
Services may include help with FEMA support, such as applications/appeals or identifying and gathering relevant documentation; help with insurance claims for doctor and hospital bills, loss of property, loss of life, etc.; drafting of new wills, powers of attorney and other legal papers lost in the disaster; assistance with home repair contracts and contractors; counseling and advice about landlord/tenant matters; and help with consumer protection matters, remedies, and procedures.
