Suicide Prevention Specialist programming to assist with prevention activities.

Services include audiology, purchased referred care, dietitians, emergency department, eye care, pharmacy, physical therapy, public health nursing, radiology services, pain management, inpatient care, laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), medicine, and nursing.

An ambulatory care center with outpatient services. Services include dental care, mental health services, public health nurse, environmental health care, optometry, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy (Prescription Assistance - Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS), podiatry, HIV Clinic, SANE services, and Fitness Center.

Provides drug and alcohol treatment for adolescents ages 13 - 17 years of age who are enrolled as a member of a federally recognized Tribe or able to show the lineal descendancy. It is a rolling admission and can be anywhere from 90 - 120 days.

The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Department is a full range ambulatory facility serving Native American people living in or near Moody County. Services include medical, dental, pharmacy (Prescription Assistance - Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS), Optometry, wellness center, diabetes program, behavioral health, physical therapy, full scale lab services, and radiology.

Provides the following services - Individual therapy, Marriage and couples therapy, Family and group therapy, Evaluations (psychological and psych-social), Patient education, Case management services, and Emergency Mental Health Services available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Works in partnership with the Tribal Community to raise their physical, mental, social and spiritual health by providing timely caring services.

Delta Dental's mobile truck provides quality care to children from first tooth through age 21 who can't afford or access a dentist. Service is provided at no cost to the family, and no insurance is necessary. The van travels to different communities, and is not an ongoing service (typically happens 1 or 2 times a year at a location).

Provides fully integrated medical and behavioral health care services and is a designated Primary Care Provider for Medicaid and Medicaid Health Home. Services provided include: HIV Prevention, women's health, All Women Count, school / sport / commercial driver license (CDL) physicals, child and infant care, adult care, immunizations, comprehensive diabetes care including educational classes and foot care, diabetes partners program, case management, chronic disease management, medication assisted therapy, treatment needs assessments, and patient navigators. Transportation is available for current patients if needed.

Services include 45 bed hospital, emergency room, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Surgical, Dental, and Prescription Assistance. Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS.

Services provided include: ambulatory clinic, laboratory, X-Ray, pharmacy, dental unit, public health nursing, diabetes care, fitness program, mental health services, and optometry services. Services include behavioral health (including Substance Use Prevention), Community Health Representatives, dental care, diabetes care, health promotion/disease prevention, immunizations, laboratory, nursing, medical imaging, optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Assistance if eligible), Primary Care, public health nursing, smoking cessation, specialty clinics (e.g. OB/GYN, Mammography, Telehealth), weight loss/nutrition, well child care, women's health, and Wowasake Wellness Center

Services include emergency care, 24-hour ambulance services, urgent care, surgical, obstetrics, dental, vision, diabetic clinic, pharmacy, prescription assistance, Women's Health, and immunization clinics. In the Oyate Health Center Pharmacy, there is a prescription drug take back site. It is a blue drop-box in pharmacy where unused or expired medications can be disposed of safely and securely.

The Counseling Center offers the following services (all services based on eligibility and priority needs): Substance abuse services include screening, intake, evaluation, referrals, aftercare, primary prevention programs, education, MRT/SBISA classes, and group counseling. ​Mental health services include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, Education, Referrals, and Psychological evaluations and services.
