Provides drug and alcohol treatment for adolescents ages 13 - 17 years of age who are enrolled as a member of a federally recognized Tribe or able to show the lineal descendancy. It is a rolling admission and can be anywhere from 90 - 120 days.

SDUIH is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Transportation is available for current patients if needed.

Delta Dental Mobile Program | South Dakota Urban Indian Health

Delta Dental's mobile truck provides quality care to children from first tooth through age 21 who can't afford or access a dentist. Service is provided at no cost to the family, and no insurance is necessary. The van travels to different communities, and is not an ongoing service (typically happens 1 or 2 times a year at a location).
