Delivers patient-centered, team-based care, and provides clinical services for: comprehensive ambulatory medical services for all genders and all ages, acute illness and chronic illness management, immunizations, children's well child exams, adult care, women's health, All Women Count, lab services, school/sport/commercial driver license (CDL) physicals, pre-operative exams, preventative cancer screenings, comprehensive diabetes program, health promotion and education, SD plan & family planning services, HIV & STD testing / STI prevention education, and medication assisted treatment, case management, and certified patient navigators. SDUIH is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Transportation is available for current patients if needed.

Delta Dental's mobile truck provides quality care to children from first tooth through age 21 who can't afford or access a dentist. Service is provided at no cost to the family, and no insurance is necessary. The van travels to different communities, and is not an ongoing service (typically happens 1 or 2 times a year at a location).
