Outpatient services are available to anyone who may currently be experiencing problems which are of an emotional, behavioral, substance abuse, or interpersonal nature. Therapy services include individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, home-based therapy, medication management, substance use individual and group treatment programs, crisis intervention, and telehealth. Diagnostic services include psychiatric evaluation, mental status examination, education assessment, emergency mental health evaluation, and treatment needs assessment for substance abuse problems. Offers walk in assessments for substance use disorder during regular business hours.

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

Provides medical care to maximize comfort and quality of life for patients facing terminal illnesses. It can take place anywhere a patient might reside such as in the home, a nursing home, or in a short-term in-patient hospital setting. Home Health can help patients make a good transition from hospital to home, or receive the help and care they need at home. Services include physical and occupational therapy, medication management, wound care, IVs and central lines, personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Providing inpatient-level care for individuals who can safely receive care in the home. This consists of visits with a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider and Physician visiting in person or virtually.

Offers a family-centered approach to care and is committed to providing only the most appropriate services based on regular assessments of your needs. Staff has been trained and tested in the care of dementia patients and are supervised and evaluated regularly by Registered Nurses. The Home and Community-Based Options and Person-Centered Excellence (HOPE) waiver provides home and community-based services to people who need nursing facility level of care. Services may include in-home services, respite and caregiver services, nutrition and meals, safety and help getting around, adult day services, community living home, and assisted living. The waiver is provided through Long Term Service and Supports.
