​Almost every day, the Delta Dental Mobile Program's dental staff sees a child who is in pain because of untreated dental disease. These are children who, for a variety of reasons, have been unable to access adequate dental care. United Way & Volunteer Services partners with Delta Dental of SD to bring the Delta Dental Mobile Program to Yankton each spring to offer no cost dental care to children ages 0-21. **Pre-registration is required to participate. Registration deadlines vary.

Services include audiology, purchased referred care, dietitians, emergency department, eye care, pharmacy, physical therapy, public health nursing, radiology services, pain management, inpatient care, laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), medicine, and nursing.

De Smet Dental offers a full range of family oral health services including: regular cleaning/hygiene appointments, examinations, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, oral dentures, and extractions.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, and dental care. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Delta Dental's mobile truck provides quality care to children from first tooth through age 21 who can't afford or access a dentist. Service is provided at no cost to the family, and no insurance is necessary. The Mobile truck is scheduled to visit Madison, SD June 9-12, 2025 and Flandreau, SD August 18-21, 2025.

Dentistry With Heart offers one day of free dental services including a choice of extractions, cleanings or fillings for those 18 or older who can't get dental care elsewhere.

Healthcare and emergency dental care for underinsured and uninsured residents of the Northern Black Hills (ages 19-64) who meet qualifying income guidelines and do not qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, and Veteran's Assistance. Works with 7 pharmacies in Belle Fourche, Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish and Sturgis.

Provides oral health care to underserved children in South Dakota. The Mobile Program includes a fully equipped mobile dental clinic to provide diagnostic, preventive, and restorative care across the state, as well as oral health education. COVID Testing Option: ​Oyate Health Center Urgent Care 3200 Canyon Lake Drive 7:00am - 7:00pm (MT), 7 days a week Closed on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Oyate Health Center provides primary medical care, outpatient clinic, and urgent care. Additional outpatient services that are provided on site include optometry, pharmacy (Prescription Drug Take Back Site, blue drop-box in pharmacy), laboratory, radiology, dental, physical therapy, podiatry, and social services. Oyate Health Center has 2 sweat lodges that are by sign in only. Call for details. Oyate Health Center provides direct health services to Native Americans and also provide contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in a federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Oyate Health Center. Prescription Assistance - Any Native American enrolled in a federally recognized tribe can receive prescription expense assistance at any I.H.S. facility.

Provides nursing facility and short-term rehabilitation care in a home-like environment with individualized care plans. Services include but are not limited to 24-hour nursing care, wound care management, nutrition services, safety systems, pain management, recreational activities, in-house pet therapy, physical/occupational/speech therapy, and restorative therapy. Also provides memory support, hospice, respite care services.

General dentist providing services to everyone. Services include; regular cleanings, emergency treatment, examination, extractions, fillings, oral health education, root canals and denture alignments.

Provides necessary dental care at no cost to youth ages 0 - 21. The Watertown Area United Way sponsors a one week visit in the summer and provides funding for the fall visit.
