Healthcare and emergency dental care for underinsured and uninsured residents of the Northern Black Hills (ages 19-64) who meet qualifying income guidelines and do not qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, and Veteran's Assistance. Works with 7 pharmacies in Belle Fourche, Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish and Sturgis.

Delta Dental's mobile truck provides quality care to children from first tooth through age 21 who can't afford or access a dentist. The Ryan White Part C program helps HIV positive people who live in Eastern SD to access primary health care. All patients who apply for the Part C Program will have access to case management services. The case managers help people with HIV/AIDS find services they need such as medical care, health insurance assistance, assistance with paying for medications, financial help, food/nutrition assistance, housing, referral to substance use treatment programs and/or mental health services, transportation, and other types of services. The Part C Program is a payer of last resort. Patients that are eligible for compensation through other programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance, must first access assistance through those programs. Funds are available to assist with primary care, lab testing, emergency prescriptions, outpatient mental health therapy, outpatient substance abuse treatment, dental care, transportation, outpatient nutritional services, and medical and non-medical case management. Other services include nurse case management, social work case management services, and HIV testing.
