The Counseling Center offers the following services (all services based on eligibility and priority needs): Substance abuse services include screening, intake, evaluation, referrals, aftercare, primary prevention programs, education, MRT/SBISA classes, and group counseling. ​Mental health services include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, Education, Referrals, and Psychological evaluations and services.

Provides individual and family counseling for adolescents and adults. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, divorce adjustments, life transitions, postpartum depression, parent/ adolescent conflict management, stress management and relaxation training, acute and chronic medical conditions, and life adjustments due to medical conditions, especially in area of Type 1 Diabetes.

Providing mental health services for children, adolescents, adults and families. Services include evidence-based interventions including DBT, CBT, ART, TF-CBT, CPT, EMDR, ERP, PE and play therapy-based techniques. Specializes in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidenced based therapy for parents and their children age 2 - 7 who have emotional and behavioral issues. Both traditional therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy can be conducted through telehealth.
