Oyate Behavioral Health is a component of Integrated Health Care. Individual Behavioral health services are offered through Clinic Appointment and Telehealth scheduled appointments. Walk-ins may be available. Client base includes: Teens ages 12-17 Females in the Marshall, MN location; males in the Parker, SD location Reside within a reasonable weekly driving distance of the location Mild to moderate emotional and/or behavioral problems No alcohol or drug dependency No active suicidal threats No history of sexual offense or perpetration Not currently pregnant Must commit to program duration of 12-15 months. Hope Harbor's small, family style program is an alternative option for families seeking help for their teen; providing counseling, education, life skills training, spiritual growth opportunities, and parenting classes. Program is Bible-based, Christ-centered, and interdenominational. Minnesota location is licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services and South Dakota home operates as a non-accredited private school that provides housing. Horizon Health - Howard Medical is full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Outpatient mental health counseling center providing 100% free services to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Part of the US Department of Veterans Affairs but separate from the VA Medical Centers, with separate and confidential medical records. Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone. Other programs include: Lakota Circles of Hope, Disaster Relief, and Uplifting Parents.
