Services are individualized, trauma informed, holistic and strength based. Services are offered both face to face and via telehealth, which can be accessed with smart phone, tablet or computer. Treatment approaches include animal assisted therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), brain spotting, and Accelerate Resolution Therapy (ART) and others. ​Reiki is available to help resolve emotional and physical distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body. Common issues and disorders addressed include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, chronic pain, addictions, trauma, body image and life changes.

Pregnancy Counseling supports mothers as they experience the many emotions and decision that come with facing an unplanned pregnancy and help find the options that will work the best. Assistance with medical costs associated with pregnancy may be available. Some infant items are also available (layettes, infant clothing, etc.). Licensed social workers are available to travel and meet mothers involved in a crisis situation. Crisis pregnancy meeting sites will be kept confidential and be convenient for the mother. Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) classes for separating and divorcing parents with children under the age of 18, designed to: inform parents how to better understand the effects of divorce; assist parents to understand the needs of their children; help parents learn what they can do to create a nurturing and safe environment so their children can recover and feel good about themselves; inform parents how to prevent destructive game playing that is common among divorce; help parents gain problem solving skills; and let parents know they are not alone. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots. Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients.
