Each consumer is assigned a case manager who, with the active participation of the consumer, designs an individualized treatment plan outlining the various services which will be provided to reach individualized treatment goals. Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services.
