Outpatient mental health services for older adults experiencing mental health challenges associated with aging. This program is meant to be temporary where services will conclude once all needs have been met. Aimed at helping people with a severe and persistent mental illness to live successfully in the community. This program stresses outreach to consumers and the provision of services according to the individual consumer's needs, and is available through Dakota Counseling Institute's Pathway program located in a separate building beside the main office in Mitchell.
