Mission Community Health Center is a full-service medical clinic offering the following services - preventative screenings, acute care, chronic care management, well child visits, men's and women's health, immunizations, family planning, lab/x-ray, patient education, care management, DOT exams, after-hours access to care, and Certified Application Counselors for the Health Insurance Marketplace. Also offers behavioral health services: medication management, counseling, case management, integrated care, addiction services, and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT).

Substance use programming as well as chemical abuse assessments, and groups and individual services available by appointment. Classes/workshops and prevention programming available for middle schools and communities.

Counseling for individuals, couples, families and groups, working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions and recovery. Individual, family, and couples issues are addressed. Specialties include Level II in both EMDR (a trauma technique) and Gottman marriage counseling.

Group sessions are available at different times throughout the year. Some of the group sessions offered include: - Corrective Thinking: For youth ages 13 - 18 to help members identify: The five basic thinking errors and deterrents to thinking errors The four characteristics that are essential for change The impact of behaviors on family, friends, and the community - Couples Workshops: For couples who wish to enhance their relationship, whether or not they are having difficulties. Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder: For children ages 5 - 11 and their birth, foster, or adoptive parents. While the parents or parenting team is involved in education, supportive discussion and training, the children will gather in a separate group to work on developmental and behavioral issues. - Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. Participants are taught to assess for risk of suicide or harm; listen non-judgmentally; give reassurance and information; encourage appropriate professional help; and encourage self-help and other support strategies. - Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainings: Offered periodically. A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. This can address a multitude of circumstances including COVID-related trauma, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, witness of violence, household incarceration, family substance abuse or mental illness, parent separation or divorce, medical, grief or refugee trauma, and bullying, neglect, disasters and more. ​Also offers MRT (Moral Recognition Therapy), CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Substance Abuse), and Telehealth services.

Community-based counseling center that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Works to increase identification of youth and families who have been exposed to traumatic stress and shorten the time it takes to get them into effective treatment programs. Offers free screenings to children who may be experiencing traumatic stress, and then, if information warrants, a full assessment will be scheduled. Youth and families who are identified as experiencing traumatic stress will be referred to appropriate treatment providers. Treatments available at YFS include: - Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy - Child parent psychotherapy - Equine Therapy - Problematic sexual behavior-cognitive behavioral therapy - Prolonged exposure therapy - Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) - Integrative treatment for complex trauma - Motivational interviewing Also assists community mental health providers' expansion of trauma-focused knowledge and skills through education, training, and collaboration.

Under the supervision of highly credentialed doctoral level faculty, master's degree students provide quality therapy to families, couples and individuals in a safe and confidential environment. No one is turned away due to a lack of ability to pay.
