Intensive outpatient treatment for alcohol, drug, and gambling addictions including evaluation, individual counseling, aftercare and relapse prevention, and first offender DUI classes.

Services include daily individual and group therapy, trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis support, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate, relapse prevention and life skills development, recreational activities and peer support, case management and discharge planning.

Providers treatment for concerns including addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment, abuse, spiritual development, emotional management, stress management, family issues, grief, trauma, personality disorders, and relational issues. Offers in person services and telehealth services via Zoom. Services can also be provided via telephone. Clients are encouraged to check with insurance providers regarding coverage.

Outpatient counseling (for Chemical Dependency and Co-Occurring Disorders) for adults 18 years and older including intensive outpatient treatment, continued care, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and assessments.

The Rapid City Fire Department Mobile Integrated Health Program works proactively to get the right resource to the individuals at the right time. Mobile Medics are available to provide patients with wound care, assess vital signs and blood sugar levels, and arrange transportation for essential needs. Community Health Workers (CHWs) act as a case navigator for patients seeking help with addiction. Provides treatment needs and an assessment for alcohol and substance use disorders.

Provides clinical mental health and addiction counseling for individuals seeking support with emotional, behavioral, and substance-related challenges. Services include assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based counseling approaches tailored to meet client's unique needs. The practice works with adolescents and adults to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress management, and substance use, with the goal of supporting overall well-being and personal growth.

Offers walk-in assessments for substance use available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not available outside of the allotted hours.
