A residential program for adult males 18 years and older who have struggled with drugs or criminal activity.
The 16-month program consists of 5 phases of induction, training, and Re-Entry.
The first 10 months include the 4 phases of induction and training.
The 5th and final phase of Re-Entry is 6 months in length and consists of further discipleship and assistance in transitioning back into the real world.

Based on 12-step recovery model with medically monitored detoxification, Dual-diagnosis track with psychiatrist - For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary; Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors, Substance abuse, inhalant abuse and Methamphetamine treatment track (IMT), Chronic Pain Program, Medication Assisted Treatment - Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance.
Unique services available are Native American cultural program (sweat lodge on site, talking circles, etc.), and a Spiritually based 12-step program.
Veterans and retired military. Need to be referred through VA; able to take VA funding. Active duty military and dependents may utilize TRICARE West Insurance.

Therapeutic services for chemically dependent individuals who meet the criteria for admission. The program incorporates traditional American Indian teachings with 12-step concepts. The treatment philosophy is based on the Red Road, Medicine Wheel, and AA principles. The inpatient program provides 30 hours of educational and group therapy in addition to 12-step study and attendance groups. Clients are provided the opportunity to participate in an Inipi ceremony and/or attend church services.
