IRS Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs) offer personal, face-to-face help for tax issues that cannot be handled online or by phone. All TACs operate by appointment only. When calling to schedule an appointment, customer service representatives are available 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday. The purpose of the Transition Assistance Advisor (TAA) program is to provide a professional to serve as the statewide point of contact to assist Service Members and Veterans in accessing Department of Veterans Affairs' health care services and benefits.
