An anonymous group that has formed to help others in need. The group asks only that those who are helped turn around and help three others. The group meets monthly and there are no requirements to join. It is asked that each member give of themselves and agree to pledge their own money and time. The group does not accept solicitations from agencies, a request must be pitched by one of the group members. The group is open to informational letters and site visits. There are no paid staff or administrative costs, and all monies go directly to others in need. If someone is in need of assistance, they can contact this group by sending a letter describing their need.

The Minnehaha Sertoma Club contributes both time and money to a variety of community organizations, including: SD School for the Deaf Community, Family Visitation Center, Meals on Wheels, St Francis House, Glory House, Lunch is Served, SOS project, and many others.

Webster Key Club is part of Key Club International which is a student led organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. The program is for high school students. Programs and services varies and includes Sponsored events with Ronald McDonald House, Children's Miracle Network, and The Banquet in Watertown, SD. Supporting local projects and fundraisers such as the food pantry, Needs Anonymous, Children's Miracle Network, and UNICEF. Supporting school projects such as the 1st Grade Christmas Store - people donate new or gently used items and 1st graders get to shop at the store to buy items for $0.25 to $1.50. The club wraps the gifts and gives to the child to take home and give to family members.

B.A.C.A. exists with the intent to create a safer environment for children that have been sexually, physically, or emotionally abused, by lending support and protection. B.A.C.A. involves the children with our united family of bikers with the end goal being to empower that child to regain the confidence necessary to face the world without fear and without the further need of B.A.C.A. In addition to becoming a presence in the life of the abused child, B.A.C.A. also provides for children by escorting them to court hearings and parole hearings of their perpetrator, as well as many other ways to ensure that child is free from fear.

The LifeScape Ambassadors were formed in October 2014 when the auxiliaries of the former South Dakota Achieve and Children's Care Hospital & School voted unanimously to join together to form one group. The mission of the LifeScape Ambassadors is to provide the extras to enhance the quality of life for the adults and children supported by LifeScape. It's a legacy of the mother's touch that both auxiliaries sought to provide when they formed-to be sure all felt loved and cared for.

Vermillion Lions Club collects used eyeglasses and hearing aids as well as provide financial support for both sight and hearing needs (a qualification form needs to be completed). Serves youth by providing scholarships and support local organizations such as Boy and Girl Scouts, HOBY, library programs, and assistance to other community projects as the needs arise. Care is available in the following areas: Orthopedic - problems of the bones, joints, or muscles Burns - help is available from the first critical hours after the burn through reconstruction. Transportation is available for critically burned children Spinal Cord/Cleft Lip and Pallet - injuries and problems with the spine and mouth Transportation for Shriner's patients is available at no cost from Sioux Falls to the hospitals.

KidSight South Dakota - Providing free vision screening for children 6-months to 18-years old. Mobile screening units are available to daycares, preschools and schools on request. Vision Assistance Program - Individual Lions clubs partner with healthcare professionals to provide vision exams at no or reduced cost and eye glasses at reduced rates to uninsured and income-qualified individuals (200% of federal poverty level). Eyeglasses Collection - Glasses are inspected, cleaned, refurbished, and reused by people in need in developing countries around the world. Donated glasses may be dropped off at Walmart Vision Centers or visit the website for other locations.
