The Mayor and City Council hold City Council meetings to review and pass ordinances, approve hirings and resignations, approve payments, discuss special events and partnerships, and provide information to the public. These meetings are open to the public and always include a time for community input in which speakers are allowed a maximum of 3 minutes to discuss public business.
