It is also an opportunity to form professional relationships among agencies to increase cooperation, coordination, and interactions that will be necessary during major incidents. The Davison County Office of Emergency Management is responsible for the coordination and administration of the James Valley Critical Incident Stress Management Team (CISM). CISM will assist participants in understanding the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that occurred during and after a major incident.
