MS Navigators help connect individuals with information, resources and support needed to move forward with multiple sclerosis including: how to understand an MS diagnosis; treatment options; symptom management strategies; educational programs and connection opportunities; workplace challenges; understanding benefits such as health insurance; financial challenges and planning for the future; managing difficult life changes; and support for when MS progresses.

My Sanford Nurse is a 24-hour phone service for individuals seeking information about a health-related issue or concern. Registered Nurses answer a variety of health care questions using nationally accredited approved protocols to guide them with communicating the appropriate medical recommendation to the patient over the phone. My Sanford Nurse provides a Physician finder and information on classes, support groups, events, and registration. The primary purpose of My Sanford Nurse is to assist individuals in making better health care decisions for themselves and those they care for.

Cooperative Parenting and Divorce - Parents can learn the skills necessary to minimize difficulties for their children as their roles change from spouses to co-parents. The group is for divorcing parents who have children. Cost is $130.00 for 8 week course or (2) 4 week courses; includes the cost of workbook. Diabetes Support Group - Covers topics and support related to diabetes. Open to the patient and their family/significant other Infant Loss Support Group - 6 week series support group for families who are grieving the death of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. Childbirth (in person or online class), caring for a newborn, breastfeeding, multiple blessings classes Weight Loss Support Group - For people who have had any weight loss procedure or are considering one (both online and in person)
