Provides free education and support services to individuals living with Alzheimer's and all other dementias, their families and caregivers. Services include Information and referral, care consultations, early stage and caregiver support groups, safety information, tips and resources including 24/7 wandering support for a safe return, brochures and topic sheets, caregiver education programs (online, virtual, and in-person), and professional training program.

The goal is to help older adults and caregivers in Douglas and Charles Mix counties access services and supports to successfully age at home. The program is open to help with identifying resources for many needs and focuses on transportation, food security, social isolation, safe housing, and healthcare navigation/referrals. In August 2024, the project will begin its expansion to Hutchinson and Bon Homme counties.

Provides Alzheimer's resources for families in time of need. Provides a direct connection to licensed social workers who provide support and assistance to callers, as well as connect them with resource in their area. Confidential memory screenings are available at sites across the country. Caregivers can also access training and continuing education to improve the level of care they provide on a daily basis.
