A 40-bed long-term nursing facility offering 24-hour nursing care. Also provides memory-care services to those living with Dementia that strives to attain and maintain the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Services include person-centered care focused on individual life circumstances, resident care conferences with family members, restorative care, therapy services, nutrition services, activities programs, social services, and pastoral care.

Provides family guidance and coaching, in-service programs, and community education courses to help individuals learn how to care for people with dementia. Also provided are life enrichment activities for people with dementia and a hospice chaplain on-site.

The small group discussion classes address the progressive impact of the illness and skills needed to manage daily caregiver responsibilities. The six sessions will help develop good care management tools through group discussions, skill building, problem solving, assertiveness training, and brainstorming. Stressbusting for Family Caregivers Classes: A 9-week program that meets once a week for an hour and a half and offers insights and coping tools to help caregivers manage the stress of caregiving effectively. Classes are available at both Active Generations locations and virtual.
