Sallie's Table (Saturday and Sunday) All are welcome around Sallie's Table at the Salvation Army, a weekend meal serving on 4:45pm - 5:45pm, every Saturday and Sunday evening Free Sunday Breakfast 8:45am - 9:30am Senior Neighbor Luncheon (Monthly) Seniors gather together for a time of fun, food and fellowship (crafts, bingo and table games), 12:00pm - 1:00pm, 3rd Wednesday of each month The Salvation Army provides the entree and each senior brings a dish to pass (either a side dish or dessert). Every month a special program is created for the seniors and birthday's taking place are recognized.

ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

Clinic locations offer family care to Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. Provides a variety of services for family and primary care (including flu shots) as well as prenatal care and OB/GYN. Other health services include yearly checkups, treatment of minor illnesses, and management of chronic conditions.

General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

Provides counseling services. Therapeutic approaches include client centered, existential, and cognitive-behavioral. Christian counseling is also offered. Therapy techniques include EMDR, play therapy, art therapy, behavior modification, and short-term solution-focused therapy. Telehealth is available through Doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant platform. A re-entry ministry for men, typically those who are coming out of prison. Men are individually discipled and taught how to develop new patterns of thinking and healthy ways to respond to life's daily decisions. An affordable, approved housing option for former inmates who desire to allow God to restore their life: physically, emotionally and spiritually. Aftercare program begins with a relationship between Stephen's House mentors and individuals living in prison prior to their release. Mentors assist in the transition by providing accountability and a faith-based environment for between 3 - 12 months. This process is accomplished through working a full-time job outside of Stephen's House, consistent involvement in church, learning the principles of financial integrity, and taking personal responsibility.

60's + Dining is a senior congregate meal program that provides a nutritious noon meal which reduces or prevents malnutrition, a major cause of other health problems. The program also provides socialization for the participants, which helps ease the problem of isolation among older persons. Persons who are unable to leave their homes due to illness or frailty may receive a home-delivered meal, while those who are able to travel meet at a congregate site for their meals. Participants in the program are asked to make a donation for the meal, but no one is refused service if unable to do so. Frozen Meal Program available to any client over 60. Quality, balanced, nutritious meals are flash frozen in specialty containers that can be heated in the microwave.

Provides hot, nutritious meals which meet one-third of an aged person's dietary needs.

The drug court program is an intensely supervised treatment court for offenders who have a substance abuse disorder that relates to their criminal charges. Treatment providers work with probation officers to build individual skills and support so offenders are able to progress from the criminal courts into lives of recovery and stability.

Providing culturally relevant home-based support for American Indian families, including expecting moms, fathers, infants, and young children ages 3 - 5. The program includes home visits using evidence-based cultural lessons, helping families set goals to meet their needs, and providing screenings for parents and children.

The emergency manager is responsible for coordination of all agencies within the jurisdiction to include public, private, and non-governmental organizations to ensure the protection of life and property in the event of threatened or actual natural disasters, terrorism, technological, or man-made events. Responsibilities includes development and maintenance of the county plan for reacting to emergencies; during an actual emergency, the director coordinates the action; and trains other agencies to respond to emergencies. Applicants in owner-occupied homes are eligible participants of the South Dakota Low Income Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) Program. They may qualify to have their furnaces repaired or replaced if the furnace is not operating, or not operating properly. Income and program guides may apply. Availability of funding is limited; funds may not always be available.

Services include obstetrics with ultrasound, delivery with intrathecal block, pediatrics with inhalation therapy and IV therapy, family practice, geriatrics, disease management, hormone replacement therapy, and 24-hour emergency care and outpatient hospital.

The Home Health program delivers skilled nursing services in the home, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and personal care of homemaking services.
