Court-approved provider for chemical dependency assessments, counseling and treatment services. Dual-credentialed therapists licensed in mental health and addictions. Telemedicine counseling services including CD assessments and individual therapy. Anyone can participate in this service. Monument Health specialists coordinate between patient, home care providers, and the medical team to ensure the right equipment is in the home and to evaluate whether home equipment could help improve patient care and safety. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown and Sisseton locations are also able to provide car seats for all ages at no cost.

This office provides the following services - Assess all the real estate property in the county for property tax purpose. By law, the assessed value must be its full or true market value. Also, provides assistance for platting and various permitting along with GIS Systems Management. Can assist with state and county requirements for septic system installation. Assists with questions pertaining to floodplains. Establishes and enforces zoning regulations which classify land within county, city or other municipal jurisdictions for specific agricultural, residential, commercial or industrial uses; and which evaluate, establish rulings upon and hear appeals regarding exceptions to zoning regulations.

Provides assisted living care including 24-hour staffing, nursing care, restorative therapies, dietary services, several facility amenities, scheduled activities, and assistance with daily living activities as needed. Also provides respite care.

Assisted living care provides all the services of independent living plus some nursing services.
