The facility can be rented for events such as receptions, banquets, meetings, family gatherings, etc. Seats up to 150 with 8 per table. Bus trips are offered two - three times per year. ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs: Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Programs: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Services that can be provided include case management, security deposit and rent assistance. These services are aimed at helping participants to retain their housing, therefore avoiding homelessness, or to re-enter appropriate permanent housing as quickly as possible. Housing Repair / Rehabilitation: Provides a zero-interest, five-year decreasing balance loan for eligible homeowners to be used for accessibility modifications for persons with disabilities, in addition to making necessary repairs for health, safety and code compliance. Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation: Eligible participants will work with program staff to identify their specific needs and to create a work plan. The Program Coordinator will find the best funding sources available to the homeowners and assist them throughout the process. Weatherization and Furnace Replacement Program: Aimed at making housing for low-income persons more energy-efficient and less costly for the residents. The residence is audited and a list of needs is developed. The program provides the materials and pays contractors for the labor to weatherize the home (caulk cracks, insulate, weather-strip, fix windows, etc.). Furnaces can be repaired or replaced, if not repairable, through the program. In addition, some inefficient/high-cost non-operating appliances (range / refrigerator / water heater) can also be replaced in certain circumstances. Homeless Rent and Deposit: Helping homeless households get into housing. Must provide steady and reliable source of income. Applicant must agree to case management services.

​Support Group for Caregivers (those who are caring for family members with Dementia/Alzheimer's) that meet monthly, offering support, education and information to Caregivers. A Respite Room is available for loved ones so the Caregiver may attend the support group meeting. The Memory Care Support Group practices anonymity.

South Dakotans age 60 and older who have an approved application will receive a monthly box of non-perishable food at no cost. Packages include a variety of foods, such as cheese, juice, oats, ready-to-eat cereal, rice, pasta, peanut butter, dry beans, canned meat, poultry, or fish, canned fruits and vegetables, and many times a canned entree such as beef stew or chili. Menus change monthly. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Offers diagnosis and treatment of a variety of conditions including: strokes, headaches, seizures/epilepsy, neuropathy, balance disorders, movement disorders, weakness, brain injuries, concussion, MS, ALS, and more. Also provides a balance and dizziness clinic and a Spine Navigator who offers information on services provided, treatable conditions, and how to start the referral process. The spine navigator helps patients and family members understand aspects of diagnosis, treatment, and recover.

60's + Dining is a senior congregate meal program that provides a nutritious noon meal which reduces or prevents malnutrition, a major cause of other health problems. The program also provides socialization for the participants, which helps ease the problem of isolation among older persons. Persons who are unable to leave their homes due to illness or frailty may receive a home-delivered meal, while those who are able to travel meet at a congregate site for their meals. Participants in the program are asked to make a donation for the meal, but no one is refused service if unable to do so. Frozen Meal Program available to any client over 60. Quality, balanced, nutritious meals are flash frozen in specialty containers that can be heated in the microwave.
