In response to the escalating opioid epidemic, this program is an effort to provide holistic, evidence-based care and support to those who survive an overdose. A post-overdose response team (PORT) is an overdose follow-up program that allows agencies to visit a person who experienced an overdose within 48 hours of the incident. PORTs provide support, education, and access to evidence-based treatment, such as medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and other life-saving resources.

Long Term Services and Supports provides opportunities to enhance the quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers through home and community based services.
