The Dell Rapids Rubble Site is licensed by the State of South Dakota. It is a restricted use site and is only available to individuals that reside in the City of Dell Rapids. Items accepted are trees, branches, grass, yard and garden waste, leaves, untreated wood, construction and demolition debris, sheet rock, plaster, concrete, carpet, furniture, mattresses, and large household appliances.

City Council members are elected every 3 years. City Council meetings are held at 6:00pm on the second Monday of each month at the Viborg City Hall. Menus meet 1/3 of the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI's) for the population served. Menus are designed by a Registered Dietitian and are low in fat and sodium. Special diets are available upon request; diabetic, gluten free, renal, as well as textured modified servings. Supportive services include: information and referrals, nutrition counseling and education.

Offers connection, comfort, and hope to families who have experienced the unexpected loss of an infant. Provides care packages to those families and a network of connections to others who have experienced a similar loss. A Run for Their Lives! 5K run/walk event is held annually on Mother's Day. Participate in-person in Spearfish, SD, or virtually from anywhere! This event is a great way to honor the memory of a child with a community of supporters. Also works to provide SIDS and safe-sleep awareness and education as well as funding for SIDS-related research. Operations are home-based.
