ICAP Housing Services provides the following programs:
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program: aims to help two specific groups - persons who are at great risk of homelessness and those who have become homeless. Dakota Land Trust takes the cost of land out of the purchase price of the home and sells the home to an income-qualified buyer.
