Provides the Mayor, City Council, and City officers, employees, and agencies with effective legal representation and opinions on City affairs, and prosecutes violators of the City Code of Ordinances. The City Administrator assists in the preparation of the annual City budget, recommends policy directions to the City Council, oversees long range planning, directing the activities of city departments and carries out all other duties as prescribed.
