CHOICES Residential Services program serves adolescents and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/emotional or psychiatric disorders. Components of the program include residential services, independent living training, educational services, and therapeutic and psychiatric services (individual and group therapy).

Provides Memory Care with communities designed to include higher staffing levels. Services include 24-hour staffing, secure environment, dietary services, group and individual activities, assistance with personal cares, medication administration, and laundry and housekeeping services. Also provides adult day services (designed for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia) and respite care.

Services include 24-hour staffing, 24-hour nursing services, emergency pendent system, dietary services, medication management, assistance with personal care, housekeeping and laundry, activities and outings, and some transportation and coordination.
