Eldercare Locator is a public service of the U.S. Administration on Aging providing information and referral services to older adults and their families. Examples of services include meals, home care, transportation, caregiver training and education, or respite care. Eldercare Locator is administered by USAging.

Services include 24-hour staffing, secure environment, dietary services, group and individual activities, assistance with personal cares, medication administration, and laundry and housekeeping services. Also provides adult day services (designed for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia) and respite care.

CHOICES Residential Services program serves adolescents and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/emotional or psychiatric disorders. Components of the program include residential services, independent living training, educational services, and therapeutic and psychiatric services (individual and group therapy).

Provides comprehensive supports (i.e. supported employment, residential, community engagement, adult day services, representative payee services, etc.) for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
