Provides a supportive and affirming environment to address LGBTQ-related stress, depression, and anxiety. Participants engage in sessions to learn coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and connect with peers. The program is hybrid, offering both in-person and virtual options, and is facilitated by trained professionals.
A screening process ensures participants are a good fit, with an emphasis on readiness and safety. Sessions focus on topics such as mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, and emotional regulation, fostering a pathway to mental wellness.

Inpatient Adult Treatment | Keystone Treatment Center
An inpatient alcohol, drug, and gambling treatment programs for adults. Care provided by: 24 hour nursing staff, a full-time psychologist, 24 hour on-call doctor, Certified chemical dependency counselors, and ASAM certified Addictionologists.
Based on 12-step recovery model with medically monitored detoxification, Dual-diagnosis track with psychiatrist - For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary; Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors, Substance abuse, inhalant abuse and Methamphetamine treatment track (IMT), Chronic Pain Program, Medication Assisted Treatment - Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance.

Peer based services and resources include online resources at DBSAlliance.org, online support groups, audio and video casts, parent and caregiver support network, advocacy for quality mental health care treatment, and peer specialist trainings.

Sioux Falls Counseling Services | Vet Center
Community-based counseling center that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Bereavement services for family members is also available.
Readjustment counseling is offered to make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Individual, group, couples, and family counseling is offered in addition to referral and connection to other VA or community benefits and services.
